The Meadowbrook Water District is responsible for maintenance and operation of the water distribution main. The property owner is responsible for their service line from the water meter to the house, business or structure.

The Meadowbrook Fairview Metropolitan District is responsible for the maintenance and operation of sanitary sewer wastewater collection main. The property owner is responsible for their service line from the main to the house, business or structure

Are you looking for an affordable, easy way to make your yard more interesting and water efficient? Denver Water has partnered with the Center for ReSource Conservation to offer customers a variety of Garden-In-A-Box kits at special, but limited, discounted prices.

Garden-In-A-Box simplifies water-wise gardening by providing a selection of colorful low-water-use plants that adapt well to our dry Colorado climate, and professional plant-by-number designs. Denver Water customers can purchase these kits for 50 percent less than retail.

Choose from different water-wise garden varieties specifically designed for the following:

• Sunny areas
• Shady areas
• Flowers that attract birds, bees and butterflies
• Parkway strips that border the street
• Edible perennial gardens

 The garden kits range from $60 - $110 for customers and communities served by Denver Water. Each kit includes approximately 25 to 51 low-water perennial plants, a plant-by-number design plan, and planting and care instructions.

Don't wait — there are a limited number of discounted gardens available. This Denver Water discount offer is limited to no more than three garden kits per customer.

The Garden-In-A-Box kits will be available for pickup in May and June at locations throughout the metro area during scheduled days and times.

All proceeds from garden and plant purchases directly support the Center for ReSource Conservation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering our community to conserve natural resources.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

MAIL IN OR DROP OFF
You can mail your payment in or you can pay your bill at the District office located at 9850 B West Girton Drive during regular business hours, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We also have a drop box at the District office where you can deposit payments of checks or money orders after business hours.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT WITHDRAWAL
Our Automatic Payment Withdrawal is a service that is offered at no charge. The amount of your water bill will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the 25th of you due date month. You will received a bill at the beginning of the month, giving you time to plan for the withdrawal. Customers can sign up for the service at any time by requesting an "Authorization for Automatic Payment Withdrawal" Form from the District Office.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Our Credit Card payment service is offered at no charge. We except credit card payments made with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover only.  Visa, MasterCard, and Discover payments can be made by calling the District Office during regular business hours, 9:00 AM to
3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, only.

REBATE PROGRAMS

Rebates are available for residential and commercial customers of the Meadowbrook Water District that are interested in high-efficiency toilets and clothes washers, and irrigation systems enhancers. These rebates are offered by the Denver Water District and are being extended to Meadowbrook Water District customers. The Rebates are in effect for purchases made between January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. The following are the products that eligible for rebates:

INDOORS
High-Efficiency Clothes Washers
High-Efficiency Toilets

OUTDOORS
Weather-Based Smart Controllers
Irrigation Rotary Nozzles

A complete list of eligible models can be found at Denver Water's web-site. The completed forms must be accompanied by a copy of the valid purchase receipt, the "Affidavit of Lawful Presence in the U.S.", and a copy of your ID attached to your completed form. The rebate request form,  affidavit, and complete rules for rebate eligibility are available at http://www.denverwater.org /   Mail the completed rebate request to the Meadowbrook Water District Office within 90 days of the original purchase for authorization and then we will forward your application to Denver Water.  You should receive the rebate from Denver Water within 8-10 weeks.
